An enological masterpiece from "Le Prunaie": 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo.

It presents itself in the glass with a luminous straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers hints of wild flowers and ripe yellow-fleshed fruit with notes of fruit, underscored by graphite and toasted dried fruit. On the palate, the sip is taut, vibrant, with a well-supported structure from the elegant acidity. Suitable with fish main courses, semi-aged cheeses, and lean meats.

What makes this Trebbiano d'Abruzzo unique? Its aging process. Approximately 30% of the wine ages in French oak tonneaux, while the remaining 70% ages for 18 months in steel on fine lees with continuous bâtonnage. After bottling, the wine rests for an additional 6 months in the bottle.

Vinification: The hand-harvested grapes are pressed and then undergo pre-fermentative cold maceration at 10 °C for about 5 hours. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (14 °C) for about 20 days. During the grape processing stages, microorganisms are used that are able to colonize the must, performing a bioprotective function against any undesirable microorganisms; this allows us not to use sulfites before and during alcoholic fermentation. Sulfites are only added at the end of alcoholic fermentation.

Aging: approximately 30% of the wine ages in French oak tonneaux while the remaining 70% ages for 18 months in stainless steel on fine lees with continuous bâtonnage. After bottling, the wine rests for a further 6 months
