Tasting Notes: 
In the glass, it reveals itself with an intense and vibrant ruby red color.
On the nose, the bouquet is broad and magnetic. Crisp notes of black blueberries, cherries, and fresh plums intertwine with hints of small wild berries and licorice. The true surprise is its vegetal and mineral soul: nuances of gentian, undergrowth, bark, and dandelion, with an elegant finish of graphite. On the palate, it is structured yet harmonious, capable of expressing the minerality of the soil and the strength of the grape variety.

This Malbec calls for the table and conviviality. It is the ideal companion for richly flavored dishes. Superb with Abruzzese arrosticini (lamb skewers), grilled skewers, and sausages.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, and after destemming and crushing, fermentation with maceration takes place at a temperature of 24-26°C for approximately 15 days. During fermentation, to facilitate the extraction of phenolic substances from the skins, gentle daily punch-downs and some delestage operations are carried out, also aimed at aerating the must. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked, and the skins undergo soft pressing. During the grape processing stages, microorganisms are used to colonize the must, performing a bioprotective function against any unwanted microorganisms; this allows us not to use sulfites before and during alcoholic fermentation. Sulfites are only added at the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.

Aging: 12 months in French oak barriques, 12 months in steel on the fine lees and 6 months in the bottle.
